Cedar River Run/Hike + Yoga

Saturday, October 19th at 3:00pm at the Cedar River Natural Area

We're partnering up with Yoga Bellaire to put on this fun event!  Join us as we enjoy the fall foliage of Cedar River Natural Area with a guided run/hike and yoga.

McKenzie will lead a beginner-friendly guided 5k run and for those who want to take their time, Emma will lead a guided 1 mile hike.

Afterwards, we will all join together for a yoga class lead by Yoga Bellaire's Rebecca Rankin. (No yoga mats required)

This event is family friendly and all fitness levels friendly.
